Ramp Fees / Tie Downs

Q: Does the airport charge a ramp fee?
A: The Airport at Ole Miss does charge ramp fees. With a minimum fuel purchase, your first day of parking is free. Special fees are assessed during football games and other University events. Ramp space is limited and is filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Q: Does the airport have tie-downs and is there a fee for this?
A: The airport does have tie-down space. It is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Regular ramp fees apply.

Fuel Information

Q: How do I get a discount on fuel?
A: We offer a volume discount to all customers.  See Services tab for fuel rates.

Q: Does UOX have contract fuel?
A: No, currently we only offer volume discounts.

Q: How can I be sure I am receiving quality fuel services?
A: All employees of The Airport at Ole Miss receive annual quality control and fuel management training as well as portable fire extinguisher training. Testing of fuel in storage tanks and fuel trucks is also performed and documented on a daily basis.

Call out Services

Q: Is after-hours service available? 
A: Yes, call (662) 832-5689 for after hours services. $175.00 per lineman call out fee applies.

Rental Cars / Courtesy Car

Q: Does the airport provide a courtesy car?
A: No, being a state owned entity we are unable to provide a courtesy car for public use.

Q: How do I get a rental car?
A:Call the local Enterprise Rental Company (662) 281-0570 or Hertz (662) 638-3727.  We encourage you to schedule rental cars as early as possible for football games and other special events.

Q: Does the University/Oxford Airport provide wireless Internet service?
A: Free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is provided

Q:Do you have an onsite A&P Aircraft Mechanic?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have an onsite A&P Aircraft Mechanic at this time.

Commercial Flights

Q: Are there commercial flight services available at The Airport at Ole Miss?
A: There are no commercial flight services at the airport. Our main customers are businesses, private pilots, and charters.

A: Currently there are no flight instructors based at UOX
